Business Model DevelopmentSecondly, the business model(s) of the company has to be developed. We search for answers to various questions relating to the Pain, Resolution, Offering, Format, Infrastructure and Turbulence the company is facing.
3 BUSINESS MODEL VALIDATION
Once one or more business model(s) have been developed, the assumptions these are based on, should be tested in the market. Conducting interviews with stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, competitors, sector experts, etc. gives us clear insights in the feasibility of the business model(s).
4 BUSINESS PLANNING
When the business model is clear and validated, it is ready to be executed. A clear business plan should be made to have a guideline and/or to convince others to take part in the organization as a co-entrepreneur, team member or investor.
